*Mrs. Stout has opened up a study group for 5^th – 8^th grade students on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 3:00-4:00.  This is a great opportunity for students to receive extra help with homework or help in a particular subject area.  Study groups are open to the first 10 students who sign up each day.

*No school Oct. 13-15^th (teacher’s workshops) and noon dismiss on Oct. 17^th (no aftercare on the 17^th.) 

*Friday, Oct. 17^th - Verizon Wireless Celebration 10:00 a.m.

*Wednesday, Oct. 22^nd – HCC Speech & Music Competition.  (Choir members must wear black, white, or red or combination of these colors).  Boys must wear dress pants and shirt, girls must wear dresses (knee length) or skirts (knee length) and tops.

*Parent/Teacher conferences on Oct. 24^th.  This is a NON-ATTENDANCE DAY FOR STUDENTS!  Parents may contact the school office for an appointment (This is a mandatory meeting).

*Wednesday, Oct. 29^th – Pastor Appreciation Day.
